Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices. Occupy check in window and perform lot tracking. Verify various quality control items such as product type, item number, lot codes, etc. Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats. Perform physical counts when necessary and review offsite inventories to maintain sufficient product control. Maintaining inventory by transferring product between facilities. Responsible for receiving and transferring product in and out of inventory. Maintaining accurate offsite inventory. Backfill to other positions as needed. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment. Gain knowledge of computer programs associated with inventory and inventory movement. Demonstrate an understanding of the various incoming and outgoing products and materials. Knowledgeable of warehousing and shipping and receiving logistics and inventory placement. Demonstrate an ability to understand pick lists, order routes, and lot tracking sheets. Demonstrate strong inventory accounting practices and perform reconciliation. Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively in order to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency. Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and company guidelines in order to maintain regulatory compliance. Demonstrate the Qualified Individuals responsibilities for Preventative Controls Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Minimum of 1 year internal experience or external equivalent preferred.
