Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in crafting offers and facilitating smooth deal closures to ensure a timely process.
- Collaborate with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule property showings promptly.
- Provide buyer clients with access to homes under contract for measurements, inspections, etc., ensuring efficient processes.
- Identify properties that align with buyers' needs and budgets, contributing to increased sales.
- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties to expertly address clients' inquiries.
Qualifications:
