Come experience all that we offer and Thrive along with us!  We currently have an opening for a Slotting Supervisor where you will be on the front lines contributing to awesome member experiences! You will play a crucial role in organizing and optimizing the storage of inventory within our Fulfillment Centers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position will be based out of one of our Fulfillment centers, Reno NV, Wilkes-Barre PA, or Batesville IN and will require occasional travel to the other FCs
\n RESPONSIBILITIESInitial assessment of existing space allocation in each FCsBuild and develop an effective space management program that includes optimization of the pick face and reserve locations by cube and velocity, regular monitoring of the current strategies and adjust as needed to create optimal flow and reduce defects.Monitor product velocity, adjust slotting strategies, partner with local slotters to make effective moves and utilize space effectively.Evaluate current space utilization and partner with Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence and Operations teams on identifying areas of improvements and suggest changesDrive slotting strategy changes including large scale bin right sizing projects.Develop a roll out plan for improving space management strategyContinuously assess and optimize slotting strategies and space allocationPartner with local FCs and provide direction to a team of Slotters across all fulfillment centers QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)Will be based out of one of the existing FCs with occasional travel requiredPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredExceptional attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracyStrong organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work in a team environment, provide honest and direct feedbackAble to handle ambiguity, changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situationsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressureSelf-motivated, structured, accurate, results driven and ready to improve and open to changeAbility to multitask multiple projectsProficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft ExcelPrior logistics, fulfillment and/or industry experience requiredExperience with hand-held scanners (preferred)Honest with high integrityDedicated to quality and high standardsSupportive of values following policies and proceduresPositive, ambitious, energetic, hardworking with a strong work ethicA team player valuing co-worker's opinions and treating everyone with courtesy and respectDependable, responsible, reliable and matureExperienced in warehousing systems and applications such as Warehouse Management Systems (High-Jump)Able to work in a fulfillment center environment that may be noisy, walking and standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds and bending and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities BELONG TO A BETTER COMPANYComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability)Competitive pay + equityMultiple work schedules availableOpportunities for advancement. JOB INFORMATIONCompensation Description - The starting salary range for this position is between $50K-$65K.Salary may increase over time based upon: skill, level of responsibility, additional duties, seniority, quantity or quality of production, or other legitimate, business-related factors.Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health and Wellness Benefits, and more!
