Description The Senior Aviation Analyst  shall provide support to a wide variety of SAIC initiatives and product development. The Senior Aviation Analyst  will apply expertise to the formalizing of business development strategies and will provide strategic guidance to SAIC regarding communications with FAA offices, divisions, groups, FAA stakeholders of a given topicality, etc.  The Senior Aviation Analyst shall apply experience and expertise to SAIC proposal teams developing RFP responses, market surveys, etc. Participation may include reading and providing insights and strategic comments to pre-proposal teams, attending work sessions, teleconferences and other (SAIC) business development initiatives. The Senior Aviation Analyst  may review existing SAIC contracts and provide suggestions for performance improvements, organic growth strategies, customer communications, etc.
The Senior Aviation Analyst may be tasked to provide project/task-specific support for current FAA deliverables, and special assignments as directed by the SAIC FAA/DOT Vice President.
Qualifications TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more of related experience; Masters and sixteen (16) years or more experience; PhD or JD and eight years(8) or more experience.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Target salary range: More than $225,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
