As an Influencer, you will play a key role in promoting our brand, engaging with our audience, and driving our online presence.
**Responsibilities:**- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Showcase Boba-n-Chai's products in creative and appealing ways through photos, videos, and stories
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand's voice and goals
- Foster and maintain relationships with followers and fans, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply knowledge to increase our social media presence
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media content and campaigns using analytics tools
- Attend and cover events, product launches, and other brand-related activities, providing real-time updates to your followers
- Collaborate with other influencers and brands to expand our network and reach
- Uphold the brand's image and values in all communications and interactions
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Social Media Influencer with a strong portfolio of content and a substantial follower base
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Creativity and ability to generate original content ideas
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for the beverage industry, especially bubble tea and chai
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain brand integrity
- Flexible schedule to accommodate brand needs and event coverage
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience collaborating with brands and creating sponsored content
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques
- Photography and video editing skills
- Familiarity with advertising guidelines and disclosure requirements
