Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Consolidated Edison is seeking a motivated and resilient Social Media Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement- Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication skills- Proficiency in social media analytics tools- Experience with social media advertising- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Motivated and resilient personality traits
