Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team at J.M. Smucker in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our online presence through various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with our brand strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and increase brand awareness- Create and curate relevant content for our social media channels- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms- Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role- Proven track record of growing social media following and engagement- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Reliable and resilient personality traits- Strategic planning and organization skills- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics
