GDIT TSS is looking for an Software Developer to support the implementation of a contact center and cognitive AI platform to serve all GDIT customers with these requirements. The AI practice will reduce the reliance on live agents/technicians within the service desk through innovation.
The Software Developer will develop cognitive use case solutions in our AI tools (IPSoft Amelia, Google CCAI) and NICE CXone/AWS Connect. As the software developer, you will work collaboratively with an agile team of developers to implement and integrate the capabilities of the cognitive agent. Provides guidance to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

The likely salary range for this position is $72,176 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
