Join us at ClericAt Cleric, we're building an AI-powered SRE assistant that autonomously manages, repairs, and optimizes complex software environments. We're looking for a Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between our product and our customers' needs.
About the roleAs our Solutions Architect, you'll work closely with customers to ensure their success with Cleric. You'll be the technical expert who understands both our product's capabilities and our customers' unique challenges, customizing Cleric to ensure success.
You'll be the bridge between our AI agent and our clients' complex needs. This is a critical position - you'll directly impact our customers' success and retention.
What You'll Do:Own the technical relationship with key accountsDeploy Cleric at the customer site, contributing product changes to ensure compliance with customer requirements.Analyze Cleric's performance from telemetry and contribute product features to improve performance.Build strong relationships with technical decision-makers within customer organizationsProvide valuable product feedback to our engineering team, directly influencing Cleric's roadmap.Develop new integrations to expand Cleric's capabilitiesWhat You Bring:5+ years as a software engineer - you can code with the bestDeep knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud infrastructureStrong customer-facing skills - you can explain complex tech simplyAbility to architect solutions under pressureExperience in objection handling and navigating technical discussionsBonus: Understanding of LLMs and/or background in SRE or DevOpsOur ideal candidate:Has very high attention to detailThrives on solving complex technical challengesCan translate between customer needs and product capabilitiesIs comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentHas a genuine interest in AI and its applications in infrastructure managementOur Approach:We're a sports team; you play the primary solutions architect position, which is critical to the happiness of our customers and the success of our company.Culture is critical: We value excitement and chemistry.
