The qualified Install Technician will have Solar Installation background with 3+ years of relevant work experience. Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Solar with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
\n Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan PV system configurations based on customer needs and site conditionsMeasure, cut, and assemble the support structure for solar PV panelsInstall solar modules, panels, and support structures according to building codes and standardsConnect PV panels to the electrical systemsCommission and test PV systemsPerform routine PV system maintenanceTie in Electrical - InterconnectionInstall Solar Battery systems Qualifications3+ years of prior Solar Installation experience required.Ability to meet the physical demands of an outdoor job.Valid driver's license (non negotiable)Pass a background checkElectrical licensing a plusMilitary service a plus Compensation and Benefits$20 - $35 per hour commensurate with experienceMedical, vision, and dental insuranceCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k)PTO, Vacation, and Holiday pay On-site gym - with free accessCompany phone, truck and fuel provided.
