You will collaborate with client and project teams to architect and deliver integrations that provide meaningful value to our public safety partners. This person will implement processes to ensure quality, productivity, and client satisfaction. Under minimal supervision, the Data Integrations Consultant ensures that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved through timely delivery of the highest possible level of technical services that include system interface construction, technical project scoping, and system analysis.What You'll DoLocation:Remotely from the United States and ability to travel 25%Direct Reports:N/AWork as a client facing member of the Software Solutions Delivery TeamWork with a team of networking and software professionals to deliver Axon technology to public safety clientsAnalyze IT system architectures for the purposes of scoping technical projects and recommending system improvementsManage technical projects remotely and at client sitesEngage with a public safety's technical and non-technical leadership to communicate project progressWork with account management team to ensure customer needs are being metEnsure the highest level of service for Axon software deploymentsIdentify integration opportunities between agency systems (cloud and/or on-prem) and Axon's products.Recommend deployment plans for the identified integrations that drive key outcomes for the agency.Work closely with product, sales, software engineers and agency technical stakeholders to understand agency goals and program outcomes.Leverage a library of integration templates and patterns to recommend and deploy integrations that the Integration Engineer team have built.What You BringBachelor's Degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience3+ years experience in analyzing and developing technical systems and software solutionsHands-on experience with APIs structures and systems integration (REST, SOAP)Minimum basic (or Intermediate) skills in; SQL, Python, and Azure Cloud toolsData-mapping project experience for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)Familiar with cloud technologies as well as software development packages and data management toolsManage technical projects remotely and at client sitesDemonstrated system-level understanding of enterprise software systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills: demonstrated ability to work with all levels of technical proficiency to understand needs and communicate workExperience delivering enterprise software in a regulated environment (GovTech, HIPAA, FinTech, ISO, etc)Project Management experience and/or certifications (i.e. PMI Certifications)Willingness to join forces and drive company-wide initiatives across multiple departmentsAble to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and tasks within a dynamic environment.Past experience deploying and implementing a Records Management System (RMS), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), or both, into a public safety agencies a plus.Enthusiasm and commitment to AXON's Mission, Core Values, and Program MissionMust pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain CJIS clearance. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 92,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 138,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
