This is a newly created role that is part of the regional Customer Success team and works closely with the regional Sales and Marketing teams, as well as with the Product and Product Marketing teams based in the US. This role will be Remote, in Dallas, Texas. As a crucial part of our team, you'll spearhead our expansion into enterprise markets, connecting with key decision-makers to uncover their unique challenges. Armed with your industry knowledge, you'll showcase how SafetyCulture's suite of products or our comprehensive operations platform can transform their operations. By establishing trust and credibility, you'll position SafetyCulture as the go-to choice for businesses seeking top-tier solutions. Take the lead in shaping the future of safety and efficiency.
\n How you will spend your time:Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospects & existing customers to understand their unique business challenges, processes, and requirements. Solution Customization and Demonstration: Customize SafetyCulture's offerings to address the specific pain points identified during the analysis phase. Prepare and present tailored demonstrations that highlight how SafetyCulture's features meet the prospect's needs.Product Liaison: Serve as the bridge between our customers, internal teams, and the product/engineering teams. Ensure clear communication of customer requirements and feedback to foster product improvements and innovation.Proposal Development: Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop compelling, customized proposals as well a scope of work that clearly articulates the value proposition of SafetyCulture's solutions.Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insights to both the product, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring SafetyCulture's offerings remain competitive.Education and Advocacy: Educate potential customers on the benefits and capabilities of SafetyCulture's solutions through speaking engagements, webinars, workshops, and at industry events. Advocate for SafetyCulture's mission and values in all interactions.
