Today, we operate that original flagship brewpub in Pacific City, another brewpub in Cannon Beach, our production brewery and taproom in Tillamook - where most of our award-winning beers are produced, and are currently in the process of building an exceptional fourth Pelican brewpub on the water at Siletz Bay just south of Lincoln City.

You are a culinary professional who is excited to deliver an extraordinary coastal experience to each and every guest at Pelican Brewing in Pacific City. You possess a passion for hospitality and providing a memorable experience, a strong work ethic, advanced problem solving and communication skills, and are familiar with industry best practices. Culinary degree or experience a sous chef in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus!
Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and recipe execution;
Show off your passion and knowledge about pairing great food and great beer together;
Work well under pressure and confidently lead the back of house team in a fun and fast paced, high-volume kitchen;
Lead and build a collaborative culinary team by directing professional development with active coaching;
Be our go to person for effective kitchen operations; We provide short-term housing location services to newly hired and current team members to ensure they have a place to call home.
