Special Education Teacher Full Time

Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. The ideal candidate will work with students who have a range of learning disabilities and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to support their academic and behavioral success. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Provide direct instruction and modify curriculum to accommodate diverse learning styles. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create a positive learning environment. Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments as necessary. Foster a supportive, inclusive, and adaptive classroom environment for all students. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid New Jersey Special Education teaching certification. Experience working with students with special needs is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
