Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, in collaboration with parents/guardians, support staff, and related service providers. Adapt and modify curriculum materials to meet the unique needs and abilities of students with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and promoting learning. Employ a variety of instructional strategies, accommodations, and assistive technologies to facilitate student engagement and success. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid NClicensure for Special Education. Experience working as a Special Education Teacher preferred. Knowledge oflaws, regulations, and best practices. Understanding of individualized instruction, behavior management techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
