Speech Language Pathologist (Experience Preferred) - Near New Hope, Minnesota

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Soliant Assignment Location: New Hope, Minnesota Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC/CFY) Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Perform therapy-based services to students that will improve their speech, language, and communication skills. Documentation of evaluations, daily progression updates, and discharge summaries. Collaboration with administrators and the therapy team of SLPs, OTs, and PTs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students based on their specific needs. Promote the overall safety, health, and well-being of all students located within the facility. Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
