Swallowing bed evaluations, required and video fluoroscopy experience preferred, not required.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of allied healthcare professionals. The Speech Language Pathologist plays a critical role in evaluating and treating patients with communication disorders, speech impairments, and swallowing difficulties. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, empathy, and a commitment to helping patients reach their full potential.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with communication and swallowing disorders, including assessment of speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing function. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines. Provide direct therapy services to patients, including speech and language therapy, cognitive-communication therapy, voice therapy, and dysphagia management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes. Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
