As a SPPM- Global Headcount Management Analyst, you will be a key player in driving efficiency and accuracy within ET headcount processes. You'll lead initiatives, partner with PDO teams, and ensure timely and accurate headcount reporting. This role requires a proactive, analytical individual with a passion for process improvement and a commitment to data integrity.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, and a talent for building strong relationships with stakeholders across various teams. The successful candidate will also possess strong data analysis skills, capable of generating accurate and high-quality reports from a wide range of large datasets.
What you'll do...
Headcount Management & Reporting:Lead the monthly headcount management process for ET, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to PDOs, leadership, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain weekly and monthly headcount reports, identifying key trends and insights.
Position Management:Manage the lifecycle of ET positions, including creation and transfer of positions.
EPEO Headcount Management: Collaborate with the EPEO strategy and planning team to manage their headcount, ensuring alignment between vacant positions, hiring approvals, and the requisitioning process.
Data Integrity & Analysis:Validate headcount data across organizational systems, proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decision-making related to headcount planning.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:Collaborate closely with ET leadership, PDO planners, and ET finance to align headcount strategies, anticipate needs, and implement continuous process improvements. Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve headcount management processes within ET.
Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in PDOs and ET finance, fostering collaboration and communication around headcount matters. Effectively manage risks related to headcount planning and execution.
You'll have…
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in headcount and/or IT financial management.
5+ years of experience performing data analysis and communicating findings effectively to a diverse group of stakeholders.
5+ years of advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word).
5 + years of experience with project/program financials, annual cycle planning, and HR systems (HCM)
2+ years of Qlik Sense dashboard experience

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field
Financial Management expertise
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
