The Role Our Store Operations Intern will support the Store Operations leadership team and gain valuable experience in retail management, operations analysis, and strategic planning within a corporate retail environment. Primary Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, inventory levels, KPIs and Voice of the Guest feedback to assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement. Project Support: Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving store efficiency, enhancing the guest experience, and optimizing operational processes. Reporting: Help prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing findings and recommendations based on operational data and performance metrics. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, IT, and Human Resources, to ensure alignment and support for store operations. Store Visits: Participate in store visits to observe and evaluate store operations, and provide feedback based on observations and analyses. Qualifications: Rising Senior or 2024 graduate pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience working in a retail store setting, with a passion for the guest experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Flexible and open to learning new skills and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
