Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour
JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves analyzing business and data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication abilities, leadership qualities, and expertise in Business Intelligence tools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise the testing, maintenance, and monitoring of computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
Advise clients and management on the nature of information processing needs and system updates/recommendations.
Manage system expansions or modifications to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
Conduct interviews, surveys, job performance observations, or perform the job directly to determine information processing and workflow.
Train staff and users on computer systems and programs interface and functionality.
