We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Business Analyst with a strong background in Supply Chain Management Warehousing & Distribution and technical expertise in BY Warehouse Management (Discrete). With 6 to 8 years of experience the ideal candidate will drive improvements in our supply chain processes ensuring operational excellence and enhanced business performance.

Experience: 6- 8 Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 to $125,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. - Analyze and interpret complex data related to supply chain operations to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the development and optimization of warehouse management processes using BY Warehouse Management (Discrete) system.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the IT team.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of supply chain processes and system configurations.
- Provide training and support to users on new and existing supply chain systems and processes.
- Monitor the performance of supply chain operations and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in supply chain management and warehouse management systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to reduce costs improve service levels and increase efficiency.

- Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain Management and Warehousing & Distribution.
- Strong technical proficiency in BY Warehouse Management (Discrete) is required.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry standards.
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
