As a Business Analytics Consultant Sr within PNC's Treasury Management Pricing/Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven applications utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency within the Treasury Management department. The delivery platform will utilize SharePoint and the Microsoft Power platform to build interactive applications and workflows. Responsibilities include:• Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs• Development and maintenance of SharePoint and PowerApps solutions• Conduct end user training and support to ensure effective adoption of solutions• Analyze and understand SQL databases and how data moves through PNC applications• Build reports utilizing tools such as PowerBI or Tableau• Responsible for creating application development design standards that comply with PNC change philosophies • Mentor and coaching team members to enhance their skills and professional growthPreferred Skills• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse• Experience designing Front End User Interfaces • Familiarity with SQL and Data Visualization tools techniquesJob DescriptionLeverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.PNC Employees take pride in our reputation and to continue building upon that we expect our employees to be:Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNCs Enterprise Risk Management Framework.QualificationsSuccessful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
