Summary Primarily leading and managing site design, pre-construction, and construction activities. The Sr. Construction Project Manager (Sr. CPM) is critical in ensuring our hyperscale data center projects are completed on-time, within budget, and of Prime quality. The Sr. CPM interacts with many departments and contractors including operations, designers, engineers, procurement, vendors, and facilities staff.
Responsibilities Manage multi-phased hyperscale data center projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standardsProvide appropriate communication with project team to reduce constraints between Owner, Design Team and ContractorCollaborate with the EH&S Officer to ensure site construction safety procedures are implemented and followedWork with the design team to provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviewsProvide schedule input and communicate impacts related to document deliverablesSupport the development of GC RFP'sManage the RFP Process including evaluation and leveling of pricing proposalsWork closely with the procurement team on equipment procurement and delivery processesMonitor RFI's and submittals, ensure they are coordinated with project teamCreate and monitor project budget and cost-to-date variance budgetEstablish project schedules and cash flow forecasts.Create and communicate updates on project status monthlyMaintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple projectsReview monthly invoices from contractors, including detailed review of invoicing and WIP productionReview change order requests from contractors and negotiate pricingTravel up to 50% of the time Required Qualifications 8+ years' experience in commercial construction management experience.5+ years Hyperscale Data Center experience.Effective project management and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management OR equivalent professional experience.
