Sr. Contract Manager The legal group advises on all risks facing the company and interfaces with all levels of management. ?Ideal candidates should have a background in multiple areas of the law, with particular experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including transportation and logistics contracts, NDAs, Saas agreements, service contracts, and licensing agreements. Candidates may also be asked to assist in resolving and payment disputes, cargo claims and other transportation-related issues.?
