Lead AIdesign projects from creation to execution and be responsible tying back to customer value delivery and outcomes
Partner with leadership, stakeholders, cross-functional teams to create AI-driven features and core AI capabilities
Create user-friendly interfaces and experiences for AI-powered products and services.
Communicate and present AI concepts and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Keep updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance AI capabilities and performance.
Test andvalidateAI designs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in real-world applications.
Hold team accountable?toleverageand?extend?the use of?design system, style guides,patternsand assets?in the creation of UX?deliverables?

Requirements
15+ years' experience and?4-5?years managing managers?
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a passion for fostering a positive team environment.
Bachelor's and/or master's degree in the study of user experience, design,researchor related fields?
Proven experience?in leading,growingand inspiringhighly talentedand productive UX teams?
Complete UX?skillset,?to deliver?excellence?across products and platforms,?mobile apps,?financial servicesexpertisean advantage?
Experience leading delivery, through feedback, design critique, presentation to program sponsors, planning and coordinating with partners where needed??
