Job Title: Senior Director of Marketing – Professional Division About the Role: We are searching for a visionary Senior Director of Marketing to drive the strategic direction and growth of our personal grooming tools division. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership: Architect and execute a holistic marketing strategy for the personal grooming tools category, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals to stimulate brand growth and strengthen customer loyalty.Product Marketing & Launch Excellence: Collaborate closely with Product Development to define clear, compelling product positioning and messaging for new launches. Lead dynamic go-to-market strategies that captivate target audiences and drive successful, multi-channel product introductions.Brand Development & Stewardship: Amplify brand presence and prestige within the grooming tools industry. Refine and uphold brand identity, voice, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all platforms and embodying company values.Digital & Omni-Channel Innovation: Oversee forward-thinking digital marketing initiatives, encompassing SEO, social media, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce. Work in concert with Sales and Retail teams to create cohesive and impactful customer experiences across both online and in-store settings.Insight-Driven Strategy: Harness data analytics, market research, and consumer insights to shape marketing strategies, track performance, and adapt plans for optimum impact. Champion a data-driven approach to ensure continuous improvement and superior results.Leadership & Team Empowerment: Build, guide, and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Foster an environment that values creativity, collaboration, and accountability, providing mentorship and clear development paths for team members.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to guarantee strategic alignment, brand consistency, and unified customer communications.Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: A minimum of 8+ years in progressive marketing roles, with at least 3 years in senior or director-level positions. Experience in personal grooming tools, consumer electronics, or personal care products is highly desirable.Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the personal grooming or personal care industry, including current trends, competitor insights, and shifting consumer preferences.Skills & Competencies: Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated success in brand management, product marketing, and digital marketing. Outstanding leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
