Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Sr. Finance Manager - Risk will be a financial business partner for the Risk organization. This role is responsible for leading the financial planning & analysis processes, partnering with the business to build business cases and prioritize investments, managing expenses, and providing broad decision support analytics to assist business leaders in running their functions.This role will be responsible for driving a proactive, collaborative partnership between Finance and Risk organizations, deeply embedding Finance into the business, understanding the function's needs, and identifying trends and opportunities to advance Visa's overall business and financial strategy. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to work with matrixed business organizationsThe role will involve delivering important insights to senior finance leaders and executive management and require strong influencing skills. Risk is a global organization that is actively involved in a number of corporate strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in financial and general business analysis, preferably with a public company, and demonstrated experience collaborating across functions.Essential Functions:Strategic Planning and Analytics:Become a trusted business partner to all business units and executive managementCollaborate with global and regional teams for budget/forecast, including priority recommendations on resource allocation as neededDevelop and present strategic insights about business trends and key industry relationshipsDevelop revenue and expense plans, based on strategic business requirements in partnership with senior leadersPartner with business stakeholders to create business cases and analyze proposals, structure and execute complex financial modelingIdentify and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision makingFinancial Management:Prepare annual business plan and analysisPerform diagnostics, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for Risk organizationUnderstand business drivers and recommend measures to further improve resultsDesign, build and maintain various automated reporting models leveraging Hyperion and other Visa developed reporting tools (GEAR)Track investment execution and workforce planning by business unit in order to periodically report business plans changesThis role can be based in either Foster City, CA or in Miami, FL.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position.
