About The Job
Senior Financial Analyst in Brightly Software Portfolio Finance, responsible for global R&D Controlling and Portfolio Management of 3-4 assigned Core SaaS Product Lines. The candidate will act as Counterpart to the Brightly global Cloud Operations Team focusing on controlling and analysis of the Brightly Cloud and Software License spend. Together with the Portfolio Finance Team, this role will push the digitalization and automation of Controlling and Reporting processes at Brightly to the next level, focusing on analysis of our global Cloud and Software Spend as well as Topline analyses of assigned Product Portfolios.
What You'll Be Doing:
Financial counterpart to the Product Management and Tech Leaders of assigned Software Portfolios
Controlling, modelling and analysis of Cost and Topline of assigned product portfolios
Business Planning and ROI calculations of Growth Initiatives within assigned product lines
Financial modelling of New Product and Geo Introductions
Digitalization and automation of core controlling processes and analyses in Portfolio Finance Team
Financial counterpart to the Head of Brightly global Cloud OperationsControlling of Team, Cloud and Software Spend incl. Forecast modelling and analysis
Collaboration on the Cloud Operations FinOps Dashboard together with the CLO team
Governance and key stakeholder within Procurement Process for Software and Cloud Spend
What You Need:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or related field
Years of experience: 5-8 years of experience in FPA roles, preferably in a Software Business
Skills: Understanding of Cloud Business Models; Experience in Planning and Reporting, Financial Data Modelling and automation
Software: Experience with ERP Software, MS Office, BI Tooling such Power BI, Tableau or similar. Experience with FINOPS Dashboards and JIRA is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
·Nice to have skill sets: Self-Driven and motivated professional, experienced with Financial Controlling and Modelling in a Software Business. Eager to learn and shape the portfolio and controlling landscape at Brightly Software.

The pay range for this position is $73,500 - $126,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
