Plano 3 (31063), United States of America, Plano, Texas Sr. Manager- Commercial Real Estate Asset Management The Senior Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and management of an assigned portfolio of multifamily loans, with primary focus on monitoring risk while providing exceptional customer service as well as a team of Asset Managers and Analysts. Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Manage a team of asset managers and analysts Subject matter expert on Asset Management tasks Analyze financial statements and property operating statements Conduct property inspections Review reserve draws Process assumption and consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements.
