Sr. Marketing Analyst - Remote

Location: San Diego, CA/Remote Schedule: Standard Office Hours Duration: 12-Month Contract Pay Range: $43.00/ph - $53.00/ph The Senior Marketing Analyst specializes in master data management and oversees the New Product Introduction (NPI) change and release process. This role involves analyzing complex data requests, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. The incumbent leads projects, develops tools, and drives improvements in data and lifecycle management while maintaining effective communication and meeting organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance NPI change processes within ERP and PLM systems. Oversee master data management, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues promptly. Lead cross-functional projects to streamline and scale global processes. Develop business process flows, training materials, and tools to improve efficiency. Provide management reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and input into product strategies. Train and support stakeholders on master data and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Qualifications: Experience: 4-6 years in master data management, ERP/PLM systems, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SAP MM Module and Teamcenter PLM. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.). Six Sigma or PMP certification (preferred but not required). Education: Bachelor's in business, supply chain, computer science, or equivalent experience.
