Our client, an international association based in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct hire Sr. Member Relations Manager to spearhead the corporate membership initiatives!
Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to identify, cultivate, and onboard new members.Build relationships with current and prospective members to increase engagement and retention.Utilize the CRM to pull reports, review invoices, and maintain member information.Connect with internal and external stakeholders, providing high-level customer service to members.Additional project and strategic support as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree is required.5+ years of membership, development, or business development experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortability with public speaking.Creative, driven, and passionate about member engagement.About the Job:
