Responsibilities
Sales Support
Create and manage product strategies, roadmaps, project plans, and product specifications.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering on product development during the discovery phase to assess cross-partner value, scope of effort, usability, and priority of product features.
Provide demos and Lunch & Learn sessions.
Present the ERP product and handle on-the-fly use cases.
Be familiar with existing channel solutions and how Paya IP interfaces.
Review technical and marketing collateral for validation and assist with How-To videos for end users.
Development Support
Work in concert with Paya's ERP development team to provide a best-in-class payments solution.
Assist development staff with instance issues.
Assist development with ERP specific functionality clarifications.
Assist in the QA process by identifying key use cases and defining priority of any identified issue.
Provide regression testing and documentation.
Engineering
Provide and/or assist with document and solution projects for end users and partners.
Provide Development with specifications for customer requests and feature enhancements.
Operations & Installation
Support installation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and meet training needs.
Assist front line support with service and support related questions when issues need escalation.
Help develop and maintain support KB docs.
Develop subject matter expertise for end-to-end partner and customer experiences across all channels.
Product Knowledge
Maintain consultant level training for a primary ERP.
Ability to install, configure, and train on primary ERP.
Minimum of 1 year Netsuite experience.
Senior Level Criteria
The Sr Product Manager will accomplish the Development – Sales – Engineering & Operations items noted above with limited assistance.
Demonstrate understanding of basic ERP business logic and installation/configuration/processing of primary ERP as it pertains to the Paya ERP solutions (e.g., Sales Order, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable functionalities).
5 years Product experience with primary ERP or equivalent ERP experience.
5 years of industry related experience.
