Job Details Description This position works under the supervision of the Vice President of Pricing, working directly with the Portfolio Presidents, Division Leads, BD, Contracts, Purchasing, Subcontracts and Proposal Leads on a broad range of matters including: evaluating RFPs and coordinating a compliant response, proactively handling various transactional matters including BOMs, subcontractor proposals, and BOEs; serving as the primary point of contact between the Portfolio teams and assigned Estimating Leads, implementing and managing the internal and external process for execution and filing of RFP proposals and agreements, monitoring and tracking status of RFP, and assisting on other matters as needed. This position will support Intel (primary focus), Defense, and Product and Solutions Bids. Candidate will also be responsible for writing cost volume Basic Qualifications: Hybrid work schedule with the requirement and ability to go to the local offices at peak times. Candidate must be located in either VA, MD or DC area. 3-4 years of experience working and developing pricing solutions for the Intel Market Experience with all aspects of price and cost proposal preparation, including business risks, pricing strategies, compliance and estimating practices for the US government. Experience with commercial and international clients and products and solutions is a plus. Experience with developing or delivering price strategy presentations or analyses to executives and key decision makers. Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed environment with senior executives, business development, contracts, subcontracts, purchasing, finance, and other key stakeholders. Knowledge of system integration and the use of information technology and advanced intelligence systems and tools Active TS/SCI Clearance with poly Ability to lead bids with vision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and implement action plans to achieve goals.
