Sr. Product Manager, Field Data Acquisition
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Bayer Crop Science's digital farming arm, we advance regenerative agriculture and technology breakthroughs using the latest agronomic science, data science, engineering, and real-world farming experience. With groundbreaking technologies like ClimateFieldViewand ourForGroundregenerative agriculture platform, our team is a part of some of the most important advancements inag.
In this role,you'llbe actively engaging in discovery work and overseeing the delivery of epic-level features and capabilitiesforField Data Acquisition.You'lldefine what needs to be built and ensure that the right features are developed.You'lldrive full discovery and evidence-guided framework including solution design and act as Product Owner for a subset of features within the value stream.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with OEMs and data providers across agriculture, construction, irrigation, and fieldsensors
Review 3rd party API documentation andidentifykey data attributes for potential integration intoFieldView
Identifykey product featuresrequiredto support hardware and field data acquisition
Ensure successful new product development by thoroughly documenting functional requirements, user stories, and backlog grooming in Jira
Own a subset of features within the value stream and build a product strategyaligned withthe Field View mission and vision, the industry's #1 digital agriculture platform
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and oversee execution of features/products to market that have high impact to the business/customer
Prioritize the features in the product backlog based on business value and customer needs
Work together with Business Owners to communicate the feature development and that the product is successfully brought to market
Lead Performance Monitoring: Define andmonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the product strategy, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve the product's performance. Document how the feature specific KPIsflowsinto the FV metrics tree which willdemonstratehow product/solution contributes to business and customers outcomes
Actively addressing obstacles and issues that arise during the execution phase, making quick decisions to keep the product development on track
Perform andmaintaincompetitive market research related to your area of ownership
Partner with the User Insights Coach and regional CX group to apply user research methods with the purpose of increasing the confidence in the ideas to be developed
Drive accountability for data-driven decision making
Ensure solution design validation globally
Champion for product development excellence. Ensure best-in-class standards for product management and customer co-creation practices
WHO YOU ARE
Required qualifications
Bachelor'sdegree inManagementInformationSystems, Information Technology, Product Management, Web Development, Software Development, Agricultural Engineering or similar
8+ years of digital product development or product managementexperiencein agriculture, OEM, IoT, cloud architecture, or telematics
Proven record of successfully launching digital products
Proven recorddriving product customer validation
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree inManagementInformationSystems, Information Technology, Product Management, Web Development, Software Development, Agricultural Engineering or similar
Entrepreneurial mindset

WHAT WE OFFER
Base salary estimated range between $130-175k annually, depending on the hiring location. You may also be offered bonuses, RSUs cash equivalent, or commission.
