Role OverviewThe Sr. Product Operations Manager will be responsible for elevating and accelerating ID.me's Product team by establishing tools, systems, and processes and driving their adoption & adherence. This role will require an experienced individual contributor to independently solve problems to help the Product team move faster & more effectively.
