Sr. Project Management CoordinatorResponsibilities will include:Document management pertaining to SOP and JHA creation, revisions, and workflows executed through CDOCS systemMaintain a robust scheduling system to ensure training and associated assessments are adequately met to ensure training complianceAdminister, maintain, and manage the organizations monthly KPI's using systems such as Smartsheet, Tableau, and MaximoFacilitate monthly business performance meetings with site leadership teams to report performance and corrective actions when metrics are not metManage finances through company report systems to ensure vendor POs are reconciled; work with management through monthly meetings to ensure organizational budget adherenceMaintain F&E Work Center Team dashboard and manage improvements through feedback gathering and team workshopsProduce and distribute regular and custom reports required upon request to support management and leadership team in operationsSupport F&E team during audits; coordinate IRFs, review files and records as required by requesters to ensure timely responses to inspectors and site audit teamWork as the deviation development lead for F&E by facilitating assessment meetings, RCA's / CAPA schedules, and incident critiques and investigationsFacilitate meetings and generate meeting minutes to ensure topics discussed are collected appropriately, action items documented and tracked and addressed. Schedule follow-up meetings for activities needing further coordinationWork with management team to develop and maintain a robust training program in LMS. Schedule working meetings with managers to coordinate, and update TAPs as necessary prior to Annual Training Reviews for all staff within the F&E organizationMay participate in and/or coordinate the presentation of completed projects, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives, logs, and staff recognition activities and organizational eventsMake recommendations for potential solutions to issues encountered and/or problem solve to address countermeasures when assignedProvide technical writing support for cross functional groups within the F&E organizationSupport management team with developing and facilitating quarterly safety workshopsDevelop the organization's monthly newsletter by working with team leaders from each functional areaCreate presentation materials and spreadsheets as necessaryBasic Qualifications:Associate's degree and 4 years of Project Management or Administrative experienceHigh School Diploma / GED and 6 years of Project Management or Administrative experiencePreferred Qualifications:Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, while collaborating to solve issues and drive continuous improvementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; adept in communicating key business informationOutstanding organizational and interpersonal skillsProficient Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)Knowledge of Smartsheet programsExperience working with procurement systemsAbility to prioritize projectsTop 3 Must Have Skill Sets:Must have strong document management skills within CDOCSMust have experience in training programs; LMS experience is nice to have—maintaining, developing, schedulingAlso should have procurement experience, preferably within My BuyPerson should also have strong reporting skillsPay Rate: Pay rate between open rate based on experience.
