As our Sr. QA Engineer you will…Accountable and Responsible forExecuting test plans for a variety of digital experiencesPerforming manual testing across devices and viewports, some virtual and physical devices. Tests will be performed across a variety of user agents (browsers, mail clients, etc.)Manual testing of content publishing workflow; ensuring adherence to documented requirementsEnsuring that the overall quality of MERGE-built experiences meets or exceeds the expectations of our clientsWork closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other adjacent project stakeholdersAppropriately escalate to other team members if it’s not possible to be successful; be prepared to recommend solutionsThese are the qualifications we’re looking for3+ years of QA experience, visually and manually testing responsive websites, mobile content, kiosks, and other web-based experiencesAuthor and execute high-quality test plansSearch for bugs, misspellings, cross-browser inconsistencies, and cross-platform errors.Evaluate defects, assess severity, document effectively; provide clear instructions for reproducing bugs, and make triage recommendationsCollaborate with producers, designers, and developers to isolate defectsUnderstanding and application of best practices from an accessibility perspectiveComfort working with the Agile methodology and industry-standard tools like JIRAManage multiple clients, projects, and industry verticalsBe able to identify opportunities to improve technical SEO on new pagesHave experience with a variety of Enterprise CMS / DXPs and their publishing workflowsHave familiarity with automated test platformsHave a working knowledge of HTML and CSSHave experience with accessibility testing tools and methodologies#LI-DP1#LI-HYBRID
