Overview Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sr.
Director, Production Print! The Sr.
Director, Production Print is responsible for achieving sales goals (color and network), developing region sales managers and network specialist resources throughout the division, providing knowledge transfer and coaching in network products and solutions to other personnel.
Responsibilities Train, coach and support Digital Sales Managers, network specialists and high volume systems engineersProvide in-depth knowledge and expertise in network production print products, solutions and printing technology and transfer knowledge to other region personnelWork with Regional Vice President to ensure successful product launchesAssist in strategic account developmentAssist in developing sales and/or production print technical sales support process and generate performance reviewsSupport recruiting effort in assigned area of responsibilityWill interface with sales staff and management, marketing executives, administrative support staff as well as operations management, customers, suppliers and vendors.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field10+ years of directly related experienceMust be able to adapt in a changing business environment and have a strong customer service orientationAbility to develop talent, delegate and lead as well as good judgment, strong negotiating skills and sales abilityProven ability to directly manage and track performancePlanning and organizing, teamwork and follow up are essentialRequires excellent written and oral communication skills
