Responsibilities
• Manage high volume and highly complex customer-facing software implementation projects• Work as part of a project team and mentor others• Schedule, prepare presentations, and provide status reports• Travel up to 25% as needed• Possess knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Time & Labor management• Implement clients across various industries• Offer best practice solutions for small to medium-sized businesses• Deliver comprehensive solutions and maintain excellent customer service• Develop and achieve goals within the delivery channels• Break delivery records
Requirements
• 3 plus years of project management work experience in a customer-facing enterprise software implementation/technical environment• Experience managing high volume and highly complex customer-facing software implementation projects• Experience in a SaaS environment• Strong leadership skills• Strong analytical skills• Ability to travel up to 25%• Broad knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Time & Labor management• Bachelor's Degree preferred• PMP Certification a plus
