You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of elegant solutions in our Salesforce instance. You will join the Retail and Commerce Systems team and collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance and Data Engineering leaders to translate business needs into efficient solutions within the system.Being one of the core members of our team, you will pioneer our systems strategy and draw on your experience to create a vision for designing and optimizing our Salesforce environment for rapid growth.The ideal candidate has a background in sales, marketing and customer service systems, has proven success in a Salesforce developer/Tech Lead/Architect role, and has the desire to be a thought-leader on a quickly growing team.Must have qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or related technical field is required or Master's degree is required.Proven experience in design, development, and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions spanning Sales, Marketing, Services and Customer support is preferred in Manufacturing domain.12+ years of software development experience in designing complex, enterprise-wide business solutions.7+ years of Salesforce Development experience on Sales Cloud and Service CloudMinimum 2+ year hands-on experience in designing and building 3rd party system integrations with Salesforce.Technical ownership of projects and managing resourcesGood oral and written communication skills with excellent collaborations skills.Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days a week and work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members.Experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com and external integrations using Workato or other middleware technologies.Technical ExpertiseGood knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API, Force.com.Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, as the Force.comExperience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.Experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls.Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.Solid understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies Manufacturing company experienceDomestic and international implementation experience.Preferred qualificationsManufacturing company experience is plus.Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certified.Salesforce Service Cloud CertifiedSalesforce Sales Cloud CertifiedSalesforce Application Architect or System Architect CertifiedAt Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
