)Travel % : 10%Pay: $ 73,000 - 117,300What you will doIn this role, the Senior Supply planner will ensure product continuity of supply for all materials that fall under their assigned portfolio of products.
The position has high visibility within the organization and will be assigned a portfolio that can include the following types of materials: finished goods, work in process (WIP) bulk, raw materials (including API), and packaging components.You will collaborate closely with external manufacturing sites by monitoring available capacity, monitoring and managing component availability to ensure supply plans can be fulfilled, and actively mitigating and resolving any product supply and/or customer service issues.
You will also manage inventory levels and the deployment of finished goods according to customer demands and company objectives.Key Responsibilities•Collaborating with management and appropriate internal teams of the current and future status of product supply for existing products, as well as for future launches.•Escalating any issues that will affect the organization's ability to meet customer needs and/or fulfilling targeted supply plans.•Developing capacity-feasible supply plans and providing them to the manufacturing locations on a prescribed schedule.•Collaborating with assigned sites and EM site leads to develop short/mid-term production schedules by taking into consideration site constraints, customer service and inventory targets.•Coordinating issue resolution for deviations that may occur.•Being accountable for the following metrics: Unit Fill Rate (UFR), Supply Attainment and Purchase Order On-Time in Full (OTIF).•Managing and coordinating component and labeling changes.•Completing planning scenarios in support of meeting customer service and/or inventory targets with a focus on minimizing inventory, as appropriate.•Providing accountability for inventory projections/modeling to meet target inventory levels.•Ensuring that supply plans are developed (and communicating to the appropriate site) which are achievable, aligning to timeline and deliverables, supporting meeting launch inventory targets, and are inclusive of any promotional activities.•Participating in the S&OP process related to the supply and operating plans.
Leading supply related meetings to communicate output and results of monthly supply and inventory planning activities.•Supporting master data setup in SAP/APO including, but not limited to, the following master data elements: material/product masters and BOM's.
Ensure data accuracy for planning values, shutdown, changeover, project work for those sites where McNeil RCCP planning tools are utilized.•Collaborating with project managers and/or appropriate personnel to ensure the SAP/cMAT material set up of all new codes for proper system planning, the ability to cut POs and reporting and releasing capabilities.What we are looking for Required Qualifications•A minimum of a bachelor's degree with a focused degree in business, supply chain, or engineering.•A minimum of 4 + years of professional business experience is required, preferably in one or more of the following areas: with at least 2 + years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain Systems, Purchasing, Distribution, Manufacturing, and/or Transportation.•Sophisticated knowledge of Excel (v-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.
)•Strong SAP system knowledge•Robust analytical and quantitative skills•Strong decision-making and communication skillsDesired Qualifications•Validated project management skills.•Familiarity with (local) regulations, GMP, and/or ISO requirements.•Experience with Tableau•Six Sigma and APICS certification•Experience demonstrating strong cross-functional business insight and ability to influence.•Successful leadership, planning management expertise, and critical thinkingWhat's in it for you•Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $117,300.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.•Competitive Total Rewards Package*•Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!•Learning & Development Opportunities•Employee Resource Groups•This list could vary based on location/region*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
