As a Staff Manager, you will: Recruit, develop, and engage your team of financial representatives, assuming accountability for the achievement of the sales goals established for your staff or agency. Deliver training that enhances the skills and knowledge of your financial representative staff by providing ongoing coaching and mentorship. Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial representatives, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed. Set performance goals and track progress to ensure alignment with company objectives. Work closely with financial representatives to develop and maintain strong client relationships, assisting in resolving client issues and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: State life and health insurance license required; Series 6 and 63 preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in life insurance sales.
