Mission In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a huge impact within the Field Engineering team, working through complex organizational challenges by partnering with our leadership across the Field Engineering organization as a strategic thought partner, consultant, and owner of talent strategy and people initiatives for the team.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and partner on organizational planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, employee relations, and compensation to support a scalable and progressive organization. Under the guidance of and through a partnership with your People Partner leader, you will serve as an ambassador for the company's overall principles, values, regulations, and policies, to help create a global, diverse, high-performance work environment.
Outcomes Serve as a consultant to the business through trusted partner relationships with Field Eng senior leadership, delivering impact against priorities that will benefit the business and employees and allow the business to scale.Facilitate and manage core people programs, policies, and procedures for the Field Eng team (to include, but not limited to, performance management, compensation, benefits and rewards, development programs, and change management).Create and drive change management and thoughtful learning programs to drive organizational health.Use data and insights to build and align a talent strategy to drive our business goals.Deliver on initiatives and goals through thoughtful organizational planning and project management.Serve as a liaison between the business and our central People Operations team; articulate business strategic people priorities for people initiatives back to the central teams to ensure centralized programs and policies are built in support of the business.Provide support and consultation and engage in cross-functional organizational improvement across the People team.Partner with our Employee Relations team to support employee relations issues that include, but are not limited to, participation in investigations, handling employee disciplinary issues, and performance management meetings.Minimum Requirements 5+ years of HR experience that shows proven success as a strategic partner working with managers up through the VP+ level.In-depth knowledge of Human Resources practices and legal requirements.Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and a sense of humor.Highly adaptable and able to drive effective change management within a fast-paced organization during a period of hyper-growth.Competency in understanding, interpreting, and communicating procedures, policies, information, ideas, and instructions through strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong judgment in decision-making and problem-solving through ambiguous situations.Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify insights that drive action.Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.Pay Range Transparency Zone 3 Pay Range: $111,300 — $196,900 USD
