This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use an in-person work model and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers, designers, research scientists, engineers, and legal experts.Be the eyes and ears of UI excellence, elevating design standards across Harvey.Build state-of-the-art progressive web apps that can scale with our user base.Collaborate with and assist full-stack product engineers with polish.Build and maintain our design system.Ensure all code being pushed to the frontend (across the team) is excellent.QualificationsExtensive experience with React, Typescript, and CSS (we use TailwindCSS).Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products by leveraging PWA technologies.Track record of shipping highly intuitive products, strong attention to detail.Grit - experience working at early-stage startups is a plus.Strong programming skills - general Computer Science knowledge not required.Appreciation for good API designs.CompensationIn consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $200,000 and $280,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
