Stainless TIG Welder We are seeking a dedicated Stainless TIG Welder to support our industrial construction and electrical projects both in the shop and in the field. You will be responsible for various welding jobs on different structures, maintaining high standards, and consistently producing accurate work. Travel to various locations in the Western US will be a significant part of this role. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing, cutting, shaping, and welding pieces of metal together, preparing materials for welding, and utilizing your fabrication skills to complete all phases of the fabrication process. You will be expected to follow blueprints to ensure exact specifications of output, provide feedback and input into the fabrication process, and note and mark up customer blueprints for future reference. You will also conceptualize and make fixtures, ensure correct documentation and processes are followed for standardized work process, and produce high-quality, accurate work. Additionally, you will inspect and test welds and equipment to ensure safety and strength.

Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Tucson, Arizona.
Work Environment You will be working in a shop or out in the field. Travel is an integral part of the role, however, we believe in work-life balance and aim to get our team members back home for the weekends. There may be occasional weekend travel. Typical travel might involve leaving on a Sunday and getting home on a Friday. Accommodation is provided for all travel assignments, and transportation to job sites is arranged via company vehicles. We are also in the process of implementing a fuel card program for our trucks.
