Semi-Annual Team Bonus
This position contributes to the success of the Inbound/Inventory Movement department by performing the following functions: Stocking, Receiving, Replenishment, Cycle Count, and all other functions relating to Inbound/Inventory movement.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Stock all cartons (Replenishment, RTS.
and splits) in pre-arranged bins in the pick zones.
Ensure stock is put away correctly and in a timely manner for internal customer.
Provide detailed information for re-profiling to ensure productive picking flow and stocking flow.
Assist in Inventory accuracy and provide support to Shipping Reconciler.
Process factory exception forms when needed.
Communicate mis-picks to Inbound/Inventory Movement coordinators.
Perform all physical model moves for Re-profiling.
Work with Stocking coordinator to identify and process overstock cartons.
Assist with the training and development of temporary workforce.
Provide and support company safety policies and procedures.
Provide support to all warehouse functional areas when needed.
Noise: There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level.
Possess High School diploma or equivalent experience Knowledge of distribution or warehouse operations.
Problem solving skills.
Attention to and awareness of ergonomic issues in the workplace.
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel
May be required to perform a wide variety of physical tasks which are generally basic, repetitive, and routine in nature.
May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, in addition to being required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, or pull.
May be frequently required to reach with hands and arms, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel small and medium sized components while operating machinery and exerting force or lift up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
