Runnings has a career opportunity for a Store Manager at our new Jamestown, ND retail location. We are looking for an energetic, dedicated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. Runnings will assist with relocation costs for the successful candidate. Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Depending on Experience Responsible for overall sales and expenses at assigned retail store.Direct and coordinate the merchandising of products.Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise throughout the retail store.Ensure adequate inventory in all areas.Assist customers with a full variety of needs including purchases, returns, special orders, complaints, etc.Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of product needs and other product information throughout their assigned retail store.Ensure that safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.Delegate authority to managerial personnel as deemed appropriate.QualificationsSkillsTeam Player: Works well as a member of a group.Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them.Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest.Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity.MotivationsFinancial: Inspired to perform well by monetary reimbursement.Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals.Entrepreneurial Spirit: Inspired to perform well by an ability to drive new ventures within the business.EducationPreferredBachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
