About the Company & Overview of the Student Accounts Clerk Role: Our top client, well known in the local education industry, is partnering with CFS to hire an Student Accounts Clerk to join their growing accounting team! This position will start on a contractual basis to help with an upcoming project.

Candidates must be local to the Baltimore area Schedule: 8-5 M-F Position is 100% in office in Baltimore city, MD.

Compile and process invoices and documents and process vendor payments Input incoming invoices into database to track payment status Perform match between invoices Process reimbursements, rent and utility payments, and bookstore purchases Work with procurement to track and pay invoices Answer inquiries from vendors and staff Assist with journals as needed Qualifications for the Student Accounts Clerk: 2+ years of related accounting experience required Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required High school diploma or GED required Government or education industry experience a plus
