Subject Matter Expert

This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
2HB Incorporated is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction.
Responsibilities: Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support for customer signals of interest.
Designs and implements software modules to process signals of interest.
Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use.
Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications.
Experience with signal processing development frameworks (REDHAWK/RFNext, X-Midas, GNURadio, etc) and C++/Python-based signal processing tools and libraries.
Experience with message queue implementation/communication e.g.
ActiveMQ, ZeroMQ.
Experience using, configuring, and interfacing with commercial software defined radios (SDRs).
Able to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.
