Position Overview:
As a Supply Chain Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain operations, working closely with our Supply Chain Manager and Planners to ensure everything runs smoothly. From managing documentation to inventory reviews, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything is in place for seamless production.
Responsibilities:
Provide essential administrative support, including generating reports and maintaining documentation.
Conduct inventory reviews and assist with cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
Assist in packaging reviews, ensuring compliance with labeling requirements and updating master data.
Stay agile and adapt to evolving priorities within the supply chain and logistics realm.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of experience in administrative and/or logistics roles.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with SAP platforms and Lotus Notes.
Strong data analysis skills.
Experience in shipping & receiving.
Previous exposure to 5S and safety-conscious environments.
